Wooden dowel with dispersion adhesive. The adhesive is activated with water. Wooden dowel with PVA glue. The adhesive is activated with water in the pin hole. Approximately 1/2 of the hole should be filled with water either by hand nozzle or by machine. The drying time of the adhesive is 24h at room temperature. Perfect for both residential and professional use. Preglued dowels are manufactured from usual birch dowels covering with water based glue. Dowels are produced according DIN 68150 standard and fit to required quality. Dowels are of blue colour - the colour is needed for that it is more convenient to notice dowels are covered by glues, also to seperate them in production from usual wooden dowels. The gluing process was developed and improved about 1 year long. The gluing technology was taken from the US company, which has long experience in gluing dowels. Glued dowels were offered to the market only after reaching precise quality and tests made. The dowels were tested in the US, in product testing labatory in University of Southern Maine. The test results confirmed preglued dowels fit into required market normatives. These preglued dowels are suitable for massive production, as well for individual usage.
